Week 2: Chocolate Raspberry Tart

Indulge in the perfect combination of rich chocolate and tangy raspberry jam with this elegant tart, an ideal dessert for Valentine’s Day.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Spread the raspberry jam evenly across the bottom of the tart shell.
  2. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate in a bowl. Let sit for 2 minutes, then whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate ganache over the raspberry jam layer and smooth the surface.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve.
