December calls for something festive, fresh, and a little fancy—without the stress. Enter the Pomegranate Rosemary Gin Fizz. It’s elegant enough for a holiday toast yet easy enough to make while you’re still wrapping gifts.

This one’s all about balance: the tart pomegranate, the herbal rosemary, and that cheerful fizz that makes every sip sparkle.

Ingredients:

To make rosemary syrup: Simmer ½ cup water, ½ cup sugar, and one rosemary sprig for 5 minutes. Cool and strain.

Instructions:

  1. Mix It Up:
In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, pomegranate juice, and rosemary syrup with ice. Shake until chilled.
  2. Pour and Sparkle:
Strain into a glass filled with ice, then top with club soda. Stir gently—just enough to bring it all together.
  3. Dress It Up:
Sprinkle in a few pomegranate seeds and add a small rosemary sprig. It looks fancy, but it’s really effortless.
