There’s nothing better than warm, flaky pastries filled with sweet, gooey jam on Easter morning. Whether you love apricot, raspberry, or strawberry, these easy jam-filled pastries will be a brunch favorite!

Easter Brunch Jam-Filled Pastries

Instructions:

  1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut & Fill: Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares. Place a small spoonful of jam in the center, adding a dollop of cream cheese if desired.
  3. Seal & Shape: Fold the pastry over into triangles or pinch together into little bundles. Seal edges with a fork and brush with egg wash.
  4. Bake to Perfection: Place pastries on the baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Finish & Serve: Dust with powdered sugar and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Serve warm!
